Shipping
We currently ship from the United States.
Orders are prepared with care and dispatched once they have been processed and approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

During launches, holidays, gifting periods, or high-volume moments, processing may take slightly longer. We always recommend allowing additional time if your order is intended for a specific date or occasion.

Domestic Delivery
For U.S. orders, estimated delivery typically falls within 2–7 business days once dispatched, depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If your order qualifies for complimentary shipping, this will be reflected automatically before payment.
International Delivery
We ship internationally to available destinations shown at checkout.
International delivery timing varies by region and may be influenced by customs processing, local carrier delays, and destination-specific requirements.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import fees, taxes, or customs charges required by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If delivery to your country is unavailable, it will not appear as an option during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow a short period for tracking activity to update after dispatch. In some cases, carriers require additional time before the first scan appears.
If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be accepted for return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Because of the nature of beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting of funds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the matter promptly and work toward the most appropriate resolution.
